Today I let Measure draw on the white board we keep in the kitchen while I washed some dishes. He can recognize most letters and a lot of numbers now, but when he tries to "write" he usually just scribbles. When he said "I drew a number ten," I turned around expecting a bunch of green blobs -- but no, he really did draw a ten! There it is, a big long line, and a circle. (As I got my camera out, he started to "enhance" the zero by coloring it in.)
Honestly, I had no idea he could do this. I'm impressed.
Very cool. When my kids were young, and they would do something I didn't know they could do, I used to say "what else can you do that you're not telling me?" :-).
