Great recipe for these chilly Fall days.
I was wondering what was drizzled on top. :-)


I'll have to try this. I love cauliflower in all it's forms.

Maybe you hate it because you're not cooking it long enough. It's rarely waxy or grainy when I do it. Have you ever had it in Aloo Gobi (Indian potatoes and cauliflower)?

And do you pronounce it caul-i-flower or caul-ee-flower? My old man and I have a running argument about that one.
