My birthday dinner every year is a cheese plate. Dave pretty much knows exactly what I like so there is always a brie, some really good gorgonzolla and a bleu, usually some goat cheeses, maybe a wensleydale if he can find it . . . but last year was a stacked St. Andre. Wegman's does a St. Andre like a cake, with layers of cheese, then carmalized walnuts and candied cranberries in between. Who needs real cake after that?
